Training

It’s more than just running. Training is everything from your warm up to mental preparation. For a runner, there is no off season, you are constantly preparing. It starts the day after your last race. Setting goals for your next season, then planning out how you will get to those goals. It’s a continuous cycle, and each year you build upon your previous years fitness. Below I will be posting many of the things I do to prepare myself to be my best on race day.
