Reebok Grand Prix

Reebok Grand Prix

This past weekend I competed in the 1500m at the Reebok Grand Prix (5th 3:36.66). I went into the race with the goal of running from the front; however, when that didn’t happen, I responded to my circumstances, kept focused and ran hard. Although, I didn’t win and just barely missed the A standard (3:36.20), I learned a great deal from the race and couldn’t be happier that I am taking steps in the right direction. I know that I left it all on the track and it’s important that I enter each race with that same “all out” mentality. My sights are set on US Champs and I’m taking every day and every week as a chance to get more focused, fit and determined to accomplish that goal.
