Registration Deadline

We will take registrations up to the day of the camp. The EARLYBIRD registration deadline for individuals is May 31, 2012, for Team registrations (5 or more from a team) is May 1, 2012.

By Registering EARLY, your name will be put into a drawing to win a FREE pair of Saucony running shoes. The drawing will be done on the last day of camp!

Early Registration Cost: $250 per camper (team discount of $230 with 5 or more team members from the same team and same gender.)

Late Registration Cost: $275 per camper (team discount of $255 with 5 or more team members from the same team and same gender.)

Register Online through paypal or by printing and mailing your registration in.

Myers Training Camp Registration: 1. Your registration will be handled through Pay Pal, then you will be redirected back to our website to complete your camper information form.

CONFIRMATION

Upon processing of each registration, an initial confirmation notice will be sent by email. A follow-up confirmation notice will also be mailed to campers. "Important Information for Registered Campers" (including a Parent Consent Form) will also be sent in this email. Each camper should review this document prior to coming to camp.

CONSENT FORM

A parent consent form is REQUIRED for all participants. This parent consent form will be emailed to you upon registration. Please complete, sign and send the form with your child to check-in-do not send the form to us prior to the start of the camp. Campers will not be permitted to participate without this form. We will also have parent consent forms available the day of registration.

REFUNDS

A full refund will be issued less a $35 administrative fee for any cancellation received at least 2 week prior to the start of the camp session. Any cancellations received less than 2 week prior to the start of the camp session will generally not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation notices and refund requests must be emailed to chadmyers262@gmail.com. The registration fee cannot be transferred to any other campers.
