CHECKOUT CAMP 2010!

2010 was our first camp, and we had a ball! We had 40 runners from several of the schools surrounding the Fairfield Union school district. We had so much fun, that we decided to do it again! We were very proud that Saucony, Second Sole Gahanna, and Advocare were sponsoring our camp.

Campers got the chance to listen to Professional, Collegiate and Post Collegiate athletes, as well as a Head Olympic Doctor, and inspirational speakers. We performed a running form analysis of each athlete, learned several strength training routines and even put a few miles in! Campers were also able to listen to a running shoe expert and try on several different styles of Saucony running shoes. Second Sole was there to help with the shoe fitting, and even offered our campers a generous camp discount!
