European Tour

I’m sorry it has been so long since my last post, I have been on the go. If you’ve been following, you know I have raced 5 times. I have had some good runs and some disappointing runs but the important thing is that I’m out here giving it my best and having fun. I’ve based in two different places throughout my stay in Europe. First I spent some time in Switzerland and now I’m in Leuven Belgium. I head out tomorrow for London, my last stop on the tour. I will be racing the mile, loaded with some great runners from around the world. When I look back on the opportunities I have been given and all the great people I have met over the years I realize how blessed I am to be running and racing for a living. Once I get back to the USA I’m planning on getting in some good training. I hope to be in good enough shape to come back over and do some more races in September.

You can always check out my videos on Flotrack to see my last two races and some interviews of me goofing around or talking a little about myself.

I hope all is well

And remember ~

Adversity and challenges are life’s way of creating strength, Adversity creates challenge, and challenge creates change, and change is absolutely necessary for growth. If there is no change and challenge, there can be no growth and development. – Willie Jolley

    Rob,

Like Rocky back to where whence you came, I’d love to read your thoughts on training, sometimes the road less traveled has the most scenic views! Don’t give up on the dream brother.

Cheering you on from South Carolina.
