BAA Road Mile

This past weekend was the First ever BAA Road Mile which I captured a disappointing 4th place. I was feeling a little tired and run down, considering I need to put things into perspective and keep working hard. It was however a great event with a spectacular crowd. I had lots of fun.
Now that I’m back in town, Nate and I are getting ready to put our noses to the grindstone. Our first workout together will be today so it should be good.
I made a video of my New Zealand trip but I can’t get it to upload right. I’ll keep trying I promise…
